Bank of North Dakota will Pay Default Fee for New Student Loans (KFYR)

The Bank of North Dakota has announced that it will pay the one percent federal default fee for new Stafford loans. The bank will pay the fee on loans guaranteed from July 1st, 2006 through June 30th, 2007.
