Anhydrous ammonia tank security is the subject of public meetings today in Grafton and Cavalier, N.D. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem and Insurance Commissioner Jim Poolman will review the law, which requires that anhydrous ammonia tanks be secured against theft.
