Send-Off Ceremony Planned for North Dakota Guard Members (KFYR)

The North Dakota National Guard is holding a send-off ceremony for 13 public affairs specialists who are being deployed overseas. The event at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon is for members of the 129th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment. It will be in the Raymond J. Bohn armory in Bismarck.
